Jacek has not seen his son in 18 years. Unexpectedly, the son visits his father in the countryside. The film tells the story of these two men who are too stubborn to reconcile and tell each other what they feel. They receive help in getting along from the vigorous woman, whom Jacek has been living with for several years, and a certain little boy.

The pedantic Włodek has been running a banquet house for years. He organises all kinds of events – from proms to retirement parties. A small mistake makes Włodek in charge of a wedding reception and a memorial service, both taking place at the same time and inside the same building. Włodek has to make sure that the gatherings remain unaware of each other.
JULIA ROGOWSKA, MAGDALENA ZAŁĘCKA (1989)
Third-year students of film directing. Together they received the Director of the Year award at the Genero Awards. In 2013, the short “Mała Odyseja” (written and directed by Julia and Magdalena) entered cinema distribution. As a team they have produced several short films and official music videos for Polish and foreign artists (including The Milk, Karolina Skrzyńska, Heroes Get Remembered).
